Let's see, if Rarity is the Caterpillar, then, hmm...
Oh cupcakes, there are too many roles in Wonderland that are right for Pinkie Pie. The Mad Hatter being top of the list.

Even Alice is a hard choice: Fluttershy, Twilight Sparkle, or Applejack. I've seen versions of Wonderland that each of them would work.

Rainbow Dash I'm not sure where she'd fit in. Though she would do good as the Red Queen in "Thru the Looking Glass". You need somepony who can move quick for that role.
